Introducing Anaïs Le Roux, Head of People at PyratzLabs ! Joined PyratzLabs in March, 2022 !

Anaïs is a truly dynamic and outgoing person who thrives in environments that involve adventure and interaction with others! At a young age, Anaïs went on an adventure to unveil her hidden talents to the world. While studying law in school, she discovered that the structured and restrictive nature of the field wasn't for her. "I wanted more," she said.

So Anaïs took a different path and pursued a triple degree in project management, international business, and digital marketing and design. With her new skills and drive, Anais joined the start-up company Luko as part of the customer success team when the company was still small, with only 15 employees. As the company received significant amount of funding and grew from Series A to Series C, Anaïs was tasked with scaling the entire company. She successfully made a name for herself by expanding the company from 60 to 220 employees in one year !

Yet after this impressive feat, Anais was ready for her next challenge and decided to switch gears and enter the exciting world of blockchain. Through mutual connections, Anaïs met Maxime and was immediately drawn to the potential of the projects at PyratzLabs and Maxime's way of thinking. In the spring of 2022, she joined the team at PyratzLabs and is now thriving in her new role

At PyratzLabs, Anaïs is the go-to person for all things related to people and HR. She handles recruitment, payroll, HR administration, and internal communication for both Pyratz and the startups in its ecosystem. Anaïs is also responsible for managing the company culture and defining the rules and processes that shape how the team interacts and operates. In addition to these tasks, she provides HR consulting to the startups within the Pyratz network.

⚡️ Anaïs is a big gaming enthusiast  Her favorite game to play is Teamfight Tactics and her favorite game to watch is league of legends. She is also a big esports fan, and loves following the DOTA tournaments !
